How strong is your back?
Most people only think about their back when it hurts.
But your back affects almost everything you do.
Work. Sport. Travel. Sleep. Gardening.
Playing with kids or grandkids.
Simply getting through the day feeling capable and confident. The problem is that most people have no idea how strong or resilient their back actually is until it lets them down.
In this practical workshop, you'll discover what makes a resilient back and assess your own capacity using five simple tests of balance, stability, and endurance.
You'll learn why strong backs are about more than muscle strength alone, and how movement, nervous system function and the right kind of training can help you build a stronger, more resilient body.
Whether you've experienced recurring back problems, are recovering from injury, or simply want to stay active and capable for years to come, you'll leave with practical insights and strategies you can put into action immediately.
Because strong backs aren't found.
They're built.
Future dates coming soon.

Those first few months with a new baby come with plenty of advice — and tummy time is often one of the biggest questions.
How much is enough? What if my baby doesn't like it? Am I doing it the right way?
This relaxed, welcoming workshop is designed to help new parents feel confident supporting their baby's early movement and development in everyday life.
Facilitated by a chiropractor with experience working with babies and children, you'll learn what tummy time is, why it matters, and simple ways to make it a natural part of your daily routine. We'll also explore practical positioning ideas, ways to encourage comfortable movement, and what to look for as your baby reaches those early developmental milestones.
